Q Business by EdenBull is a spend-management platform that gives employers clear control over employee expenses, modernising business banking without disrupting existing infrastructure.

This project was led by founding stakeholders and built by product owners, software engineers, and a team of three UX/UI designers, including myself and two senior designers.

Over two years, I worked closely with product owners and designers to define and develop product features, enhance the UX and UI, and build a scalable design system. I also supported team coordination and project management to ensure consistent delivery and product growth.

Q Business steadily evolved through continuous feature enhancements and new capabilities, with smooth releases and consistent customer uptake. Ongoing UX and UI improvements improved clarity, usability, and reliability as the platform scaled. A growing, well-structured design system also ensured consistency across features, supporting long-term product stability and expansion.
