Expangea is a delivery management platform connecting store owners with courier services, more reliable and cost-effective deliveries enabled by a wide network of delivery partners.

This project was led by a 4-person team: 2 Product Owners, a Software Engineer, and myself as the UX/UI Designer.

An MVP of Expangea was developed over the course of 6 months. This process included defining the product roadmap, validating user needs through research and testing, and designing the core user flows and interface.

The MVP delivered a centralised platform connecting store owners to multiple courier partners, improving delivery reliability, cost visibility, and reducing manual coordination. It also established a clear foundation for pilot onboarding and future expansion.
